Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current NMC registration.
• Experience leading a care or nursing service.
• Strong governance, quality assurance and risk management.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Person-centred leadership style and stakeholder relationships.

Responsabilités

• Provide visible leadership across the service to ensure high-quality care.
• Promote clinical governance and evidence-based nursing practice.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team including nurses, neuro-physiotherapist and support staff.
