Shaftesbury is seeking an experienced Registered Manager for Treetops, a 21-bed high-dependency nursing home in Colchester. You will provide strong leadership across the service, ensuring high-quality care and staff support while maintaining regulatory standards.

As a nursing leader, you will champion clinical governance, drive quality improvement, and foster a person-centred culture that values independence, dignity and meaningful outcomes for residents and their families.

Competenze

• Registered nursing qualification and professional registration.
• Experience leading a care or nursing service.
• Strong understanding of clinical governance, safe nursing practice, quality assurance and risk management.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a multidisciplinary team.
• Visible, approachable, person-centred leadership style.
