Job summary

Keystone Care is seeking a Registered Manager for a dementia-focused elderly care home in England. You will provide strategic leadership for clinical delivery, governance, and regulatory compliance, shaping service quality and resident outcomes.

You will manage a multidisciplinary team, oversee budgets, ensure person-centred care, lead safeguarding, and drive continuous improvement across all care services, while maintaining excellent stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in an elderly care setting.
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and inspection frameworks.
• Experience in safeguarding adults and incident management.
• Experience with budgeting and financial management in care settings.
• Experience with quality assurance systems and audits.
• Experience leading staff recruitment, induction and development.
• Ability to interpret performance data for decision-making.
