Job summary

Zscaler in the United Kingdom is seeking a seasoned Regional Program Manager to own the regional roadmap and execution. You will partner with regional Channel and Sales leadership to prioritize partners, sales plays, and resources, aligning with global strategy.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in partner programs, partner ecosystems, channel strategy, GTM execution, or business transformation.
Proven success independently leading complex programs.

Responsibilities

Own regional program priorities & execution: define a regional roadmap aligned with global strategy and partner with regional leadership.
Build & adapt partner programs: design solutions, assess economics, lead pilots, and secure changes to global rules.
Lead launches through stabilization: drive end-to-end regional delivery across requirements, processes, enablement, and communications.
Drive adoption & outcomes: mobilize regional teams to hit partner participation and business contribution goals.
Improve & scale proven programs: reduce manual work, create playbooks, and scale globally across regions.
