Job summary

Zscaler UK is seeking a Sr. Technical Success Manager to guide customers through their Zero Trust journey in a remote role based in the UK. You will be the central post-sales point of contact, helping customers adopt and maximize Zscaler's solutions to secure their digital transformation objectives.

Your role centers on providing expert advice, building relationships, and ensuring successful solution adoption, with a focus on risk mitigation and long‑term customer success.

Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and security deployment.
• 5+ years in a customer-facing role such as Solutions Delivery or Customer Success.
• 5+ years in Cloud Services Architectures, Web-based Security or Networking.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with key customer stakeholders to align objectives with Zscaler goals.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices for integration and adoption of Zscaler solutions.
• Lead complex escalations and coordinate resolutions with internal and external teams.
• Identify adoption insights, develop risk mitigation plans, and drive long-term customer success.
• Contribute to intellectual capital with best practice guides and playbooks.
