Job summary

Arcus FM Limited in London is seeking a skilled Senior Refrigeration Engineer to service a range of multi-site retail clients. You’ll diagnose, maintain, service and repair supermarket refrigeration systems while delivering outstanding customer service across your patch.

This hands-on, mobile role requires a valid UK driver’s license, F-Gas and CO2 qualifications, and strong communication and safety awareness.

Qualifications

• Valid UK driver’s license.
• Refrigeration engineering experience.
• F-Gas certification (C&G 2079).
• CO2 qualification.
• Supermarket refrigeration experience.
• Excellent communication and time management.
• A strong work ethic with health and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, service and repair supermarket refrigeration systems across multiple sites.
• Conduct high-quality diagnostics and deliver excellent customer service.
• Be on the road in a mobile role with a varied daily workload.
• Participate in on-call rota (1 in 4 weeks).

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll be on the road, keeping our clients supermarket refrigeration systems running smoothly across your patch, carrying out high-quality diagnostics, maintenance, servicing and repairs – all while delivering outstanding customer service.

This is a hands-on, mobile role where no two days are the same.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• Valid UK driver’s license
• Refrigeration engineering experience
• F-Gas certification (C&G 2079)
• CO2 QualificationSupermarket refrigeration experience
• Excellent communication and time management
• A strong work ethic, with Health & Safety awareness

Additional info:

• The role will involve working 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• On-call rota: 1 in every 4 weeks
