Overview

Arcus FM are hiring an experienced Senior Refrigeration Engineer to join our growing team, servicing a range of multi-site retail clients across Hertfordshire, London, and surrounding regions. This is a mobile, on-the-road role with a strong emphasis on delivering high-quality diagnostics, maintenance, servicing and repairs for supermarket refrigeration systems, while providing outstanding customer service.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be on the road, keeping our clients’ supermarket refrigeration systems running smoothly across your patch, carrying out high‑quality diagnostics, maintenance, servicing and repairs – all while delivering outstanding customer service. This is a hands‑on, mobile role where no two days are the same.

What we’re looking for

• F-Gas certification (C&G 2079)
• CO2 qualification
• Excellent communication and time management
• A strong work ethic, with health & safety awareness

Additional information

• The role will involve working 45 hours per week
• Monday to Friday; On-call rota: 1 in every 4 weeks
