Job summary

Arcus FM Limited is seeking a Refrigeration Engineer to service and repair supermarket refrigeration systems across a designated patch. You’ll be hands-on, mobile, and responsible for high-quality diagnostics and responsive maintenance.

The role requires a valid UK driver’s license, refrigeration engineering experience, and F-Gas certification (C&G 2079). Strong communication and time-management skills are essential, with a 45-hour work week and on-call duties.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be on the road, keeping our clients supermarket refrigeration systems running smoothly across your patch, carrying out high‑quality diagnostics, maintenance, servicing and repairs – all while delivering outstanding customer service.

This is a hands‑on, mobile role where no two days are the same.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• Valid UK driver’s license
• Refrigeration engineering experience
• F‑Gas certification (C&G 2079)
• Excellent communication and time‑management skills
• A strong work ethic, with Health & Safety awareness

Desirable:

• CO2 Qualification
• Supermarket refrigeration experience

Additional info:

• The role will involve working 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• On‑call rota: 1 in every 4 weeks
