Job summary

Arcus FM Limited is hiring a Senior Refrigeration Engineer to service supermarket refrigeration across the West Midlands. The role is mobile, with door-to-door pay and a company van plus fuel card from day one.

You will diagnose, maintain and repair systems while delivering excellent customer service. On-call once every four weeks, 45-hour weeks and enhanced overtime rates apply.

Qualifications

• Valid UK driver’s license.
• Refrigeration engineering experience.
• F-Gas certification (C&G 2079).
• CO2 qualification.
• Experience in supermarket refrigeration.
• Excellent communication and time management.
• Strong work ethic with Health & Safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• On the road servicing supermarket refrigeration across your patch.
• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, servicing and repairs to high standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service; no two days are the same in this hands-on mobile role.

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll be on the road, keeping our clients supermarket refrigeration systems running smoothly across your patch, carrying out high-quality diagnostics, maintenance, servicing and repairs – all while delivering outstanding customer service.

This is a hands-on, mobile role where no two days are the same.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• Valid UK driver’s license


• Refrigeration engineering experience


• F-Gas certification (C&G 2079)


• CO2 Qualification


• Supermarket refrigeration experience


• Excellent communication and time management


• A strong work ethic, with Health & Safety awareness

Additional info:

• The role will involve working 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday


• On-call rota: 1 in every 4 weeks
