Job summary

Arcus FM in Oxford is seeking a Senior Refrigeration Engineer to service supermarket refrigeration systems across a dedicated patch. This is a hands-on, mobile position with multi-site exposure and emphasis on diagnostics, maintenance and repairs while delivering excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates will have Refrigeration engineering experience, F-Gas certification, CO2 qualification and supermarket refrigeration expertise, plus a valid UK driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• On-road maintenance and repair of supermarket refrigeration systems across your patch.
• Diagnose faults, perform maintenance and servicing to high standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service in a hands-on mobile role.
• Manage time and communication to ensure efficient routes.

About the Job

You'll be on the road, keeping our clients supermarket refrigeration systems running smoothly across your patch, carrying out high-quality diagnostics, maintenance, servicing and repairs - all while delivering outstanding customer service. This is a hands-on, mobile role where no two days are the same. To be successful you will have:

Additional info

• The role will involve working 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• On-call rota: 1 in every 4 weeks
