NHS Professionals Limited is seeking an experienced Recruitment Solutions Lead for the Doctors Direct team in the UK. You will shape recruitment and workforce solutions, lead onsite and central teams, and drive commercial performance.

You will work with senior clients and internal stakeholders to grow accounts, attract talent and improve recruitment outcomes. This senior leadership role requires a proven track record in recruitment leadership, strong commercial acumen, and experience delivering

Qualifications

• Senior recruitment or workforce solutions leader with proven track record.
• Experience leading onsite and central recruitment teams and managing client relationships.
• Strong commercial results focus with budgeting and P&L ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high-performing recruitment teams.
• Drive fill rates, retention and workforce utilization for Doctors Direct.
• Own budgets, P&L and income growth targets.
• Build relationships with senior client stakeholders and internal teams.
• Develop attraction and recruitment strategies to support growth.
• Use data and market insight to improve performance and identify opportunities.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and new revenue streams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and other teams to win new business.
