Qualifications

• Proven recruitment experience, ideally in healthcare staffing.
• Experience sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management.
• Mentoring and coaching junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Source, interview, and recruit candidates for NHS and private healthcare providers.
• Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure prompt bookings and high conversion.
• Deliver exceptional candidate experience and customer service.
• Coach and develop team members to improve performance.
• Own and resolve client issues and queries.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure staffing coverage for vacancies.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Compliance, IT, Accounts, Payroll, Business Development).
• Maintain an active pool of locums/workers and update knowledge of roles.
