Job summary

NHS Professionals is seeking a senior Recruitment Solutions Lead to drive recruitment and workforce solutions for the Doctors Direct team. You will lead onsite and central recruitment groups, shaping strategy, improving fill rates and delivering strong commercial performance with senior client stakeholders.

You will manage budgets and P&L, develop candidate attraction strategies and partner across Sales, Marketing and operations to deliver growth and better candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Senior experience within recruitment, workforce solutions or staffing.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budgets or P&L experience.
• Proven track record of improving recruitment performance, fill rates and retention.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Data-driven and strategic approach, turning insight into action.
• Experience developing recruitment, candidate attraction or account growth strategies.
• Collaborative, innovative approach with focus on client and candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and motivate high-performing recruitment teams.
• Drive fill rates, recruitment, retention and workforce utilisation across Doctors Direct.
• Take ownership of budgets, P&L, income growth and performance targets.
• Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and internal teams.
• Develop candidate attraction and recruitment strategies to support growth and improve the candidate experience.
• Use data and market insight to identify opportunities and improve business performance.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, new revenue streams and service development.
• Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing and other teams to support new business and client implementation.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes, reducing time to hire and enhancing the client/candidate experience.
