MedicsPro Limited is a leading UK healthcare recruitment agency supplying doctors, nurses, AHPs and HSS to public and private sector clients across the UK. We seek a Senior Recruitment Consultant to link clients with candidates, coach teams, and drive organisational strategy.

The role offers fast pace, clear targets, and strong training programmes. If you have temp or perm recruitment experience, we have opportunities across Nursing, AHP/HSS, Doctor and Theatre divisions.

• Experience as a recruiter with a track record in healthcare staffing.

MedicsPro Limited is one of the UKs leading specialist healthcare recruitment agencies, contracted to supply medical staff to a wide range of public and private sector clients throughout the UK. Our people are industry experts, providing staffing for roles such as doctors, nurses, allied health professionals (AHP) and health science staff (HSS).

We are looking for Senior Recruitment Consultants to join our Nursing, AHP/HSS, Doctor and Theatre teams. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you are the vital link between clients and candidates; mentor to team members within the business to support and develop to become ambassadors of MedicsPro and a driving force of organisational strategy.

The role is exciting, fast paced, and challenging, which is target driven and rewarding. We have excellent training programmes to enable our team members to thrive and succeed. If you are an experienced recruiter with Temporary or Permanent recruitment experience, we have opportunities available on our established divisions for you.

Role and Responsibilities

• Sourcing, interviewing, and recruiting candidates for placement with NHS and Private Healthcare providers.
• Building strong relationships with candidates ensuring collaborative working to enable prompt bookings.
• Providing the highest level of customer service and deliver quality candidate experience.
• Coaching and guiding team members to become high performers.
• Taking ownership and responsibility for client related issues and queries.
• Establishing partnership working with key stakeholders to ensure provision of staffing to fill vacancies.
• Developing relationships with internal stakeholders and support functions (Compliance, IT, Accounts, Payroll, Business Development).
• Maintaining own pool of locums/workers conducting regular communication and continually improve your knowledge on their roles and vocations.
• Networking and to build business information and leads that can be converted into commercial opportunities.
