Job summary

Resicare Alliance Ltd is seeking a Senior Recruitment & Onboarding Officer in a hybrid Birmingham-based role. You will lead end-to-end recruitment, manage onboarding for staff across homes, schools and the Head Office, and line-manage the HR Administrator.

Qualifications

• Experience of high-volume, end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Experience supervising or line managing staff.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system to manage recruiting processes.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, DBS checks and Right to Work requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day recruitment and onboarding for all roles across sites.
• Line-manage the HR Administrator and support onboarding tasks.
• Oversee DBS, Right to Work and reference checks in line with regulations.
• Coordinate with managers, agencies and temp-to-perm processes.
• Ensure safer recruitment practices and timely offers within targets.
