Haberdashers' Elstree Schools is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager - Professional Services to lead end-to-end recruitment and shape how we attract, engage and hire top professionals.

You will partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to define role requirements, design attraction strategies and manage selection, offers and pre-employment checks, ensuring an exemplary candidate experience.

Formación

• Significant experience in end-to-end recruitment within a complex organisation.
• Ability to develop and deliver effective attraction strategies for hard-to-fill roles.
• Experience with direct sourcing, digital recruitment and professional networks.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience in education or multi-site environments is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end Professional Services recruitment across corporate, operational, specialist and senior roles with tailored strategies.
• Strengthen employer brand through campaigns, compelling content and effective digital channels.
• Develop proactive talent pools and candidate communities for current and future roles.
• Drive recruitment insight with data, reporting and campaign evaluation to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders to deliver a responsive, efficient service.
• Promote fair, inclusive and safeguarding-focused recruitment practices.
