Job summary

S and B Talent is partnering with a professional services firm to appoint a senior recruitment leader to oversee global hiring on a 14-month fixed-term contract. The role combines workforce planning, senior stakeholder guidance and recruitment improvement across regions.

You will translate workforce requirements into recruitment priorities, review progress, advise on critical appointments, and drive governance, reporting and delivery models.
