Job summary

CER Education in Luton is hiring a Recruitment Manager to lead the Primary/SEN desk with a strong focus on billing and development of the team. The role offers hybrid working after induction, with Tuesday and Friday WFH options and Monday/Wednesday/Thursday office days.

Key duties include end-to-end recruitment for the Luton desk, client engagement, and aggressive candidate attraction strategies. A 360 recruitment background and leadership experience are essential to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for the Luton education desk.
• Support and mentor the Luton team and act as a billing manager.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to meet staffing needs.
• Proactively engage in business development to form new school partnerships.
• Identify and attract high-quality candidates for education roles.
• Develop relationships through in-person and remote interactions.

CER Education are a leading Education Recruitment provider specialising in temporary staffing for Primary, Secondary and Special Educational Needs schools. Location & Benefits

• Location: Hart House Business Centre, Kimpton Road, Luton LU2 0LA (2-minute walk from Luton Dart Parkway Station)
• Free Parking on Site
• Salary: Competitive and uncapped commission structure
• Your birthday off in addition to your annual leave entitlement
• Hybrid / Work from Home available after induction (Tuesdays and Fridays WFH / Mondays, Wednesday, Thursdays in Office)
• Hours: 7.15-5.00 (term time) and 8.00-2.00 (school holidays)

Role responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for cold education desk across Luton
• Supporting and mentoring the Luton Team to grow whilst also being a billing Manager
• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively
• Proactively engage in business development activities to establish new partnerships with schools and educational institutions
• Identify and attract high-quality candidates for education positions through various sourcing methods
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships through both face-to-face and remote interactions
