Job summary

East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Recruitment Lead to manage non-medical substantive recruitment across One LSC partner trusts. The role focuses on project management and line management of recruitment coordinators/administrators, supporting daily operations and guidance to the team, with responsibility for KPI reporting and service improvements.

The post is based at Blackpool & Preston sites.

Qualifications

• Educated to BTEC / A' level standard or equivalent knowledge/experience.
• RSA Level 2/3 or equivalent experience in keyboard skills.
• ECDL or equivalent.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Recruitment Team Leader in delivering robust, compliant recruitment services.
• Advise on policies and guidelines (CQC, NHS Employers) and job terms.
• Work across defined service areas and prioritize day-to-day activities.
• Produce and analyse data on time-to-hire, KPIs and standards.
