Working closely with the Head of Resourcing, you will lead and support a busy recruitment team, providing clear and supportive leadership while balancing operational demands, organisational change and changing workforce priorities. You will help develop our people, manage competing priorities and create a positive culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
You will play an important role in the ongoing development of our recruitment service, using data and performance information to identify risks, improve processes and monitor performance. You will provide specialist recruitment and resourcing advice and help ensure our processes remain compliant with NHS Employment Check Standards, relevant legislation, national guidance and Trust requirements.
You will be an approachable and supportive leader with strong communication, problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
