Job summary

AT Talent - Rec2Rec in Warrington is recruiting a Senior / Principal Recruitment Consultant to help establish a new Warrington office. You will own a warm desk within white collar Construction, Engineering or Facilities Management, recruiting across contract and permanent roles.

This role offers commission up to 25%, the chance to work with major national and global clients, and a pathway into management as the office grows.

Qualifications

• An experienced 360 recruiter within Construction, Engineering, FM or a related white collar market.
• Track record of billing, developing accounts and winning business.
• Sociable and confident who enjoys getting out to meet clients.
• Places real importance on building relationships face to face, through regular client visits and networking.
• Contract or freelance experience is useful, but permanent consultants with some temp exposure will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a warm desk within Warrington, managing existing relationships and opening new accounts.
• Recruit across contract and permanent roles for white collar Construction, Engineering or FM.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through regular face-to-face visits and networking.
• Billing and developing accounts to drive growth as the Warrington office expands.
• Support the launch and growth of a new Warrington office and progress into management as it matures.

I’m working with an established recruitment business expanding into Warrington, and they’re looking for an experienced consultant to be one of the first two hires.

You’ll take ownership of a warm desk within white collar Construction, Engineering or Facilities Management, recruiting across contract and permanent roles.

They already have major clients in Warrington and the surrounding area, with established PSL relationships, client contacts and business being passed across from London to support the launch.
