Job summary

Red Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Birmingham team. The role focuses on winning new business, managing the full recruitment process, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

You will develop client relationships, source and place candidates for temporary and permanent roles, and work towards uncapped commission in a supportive, target-driven culture. A driving licence is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record in sales and business development.
• Confident generating new business and managing client relationships.
• Target-driven, organised, and self-motivated.
• Strong communication and IT skills.
• Full UK driving licence essential (own vehicle desirable).
