Job summary

Perfect Personnel Ltd is seeking an ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of client accounts, win new business, deliver exceptional candidates, and help develop junior consultants.

The role offers autonomy, real responsibility and uncapped earning potential within Industrial, Commercial and Technical sectors. Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with a base salary of £30k–£37k and an uncapped commission scheme on billings.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ recruitment experience, ideally within Industrial recruitment.
• Proven track record in a target-driven recruitment environment.
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially minded, resilient and highly motivated.
• A proactive approach with the drive to win.
