A growing business is looking for a number of Senior Recruitment Consultants to join its dynamic team based just outside of Manchester.

Along with a salary of up to £35,000 per annum, you will also receive a leading market commission scheme, hybrid working, career progression opportunities, 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), a pension scheme, lunch clubs and holiday incentives.

You will be focusing on predominantly permanent healthcare roles, with the option to work on contract opportunities. The role specialises in niche markets within the private sector and is full 360, equipped with all the sales tools you need.

Responsibilities of a Senior Recruitment Consultant

1. Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and organisational culture.
2. Identifying, attracting, and shortlisting candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
