Overview

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates in the Mortgage & Protection market, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions. Existing contacts are expected from day one.
• Candidate Sourcing: Use direct and indirect approaches to identify suitable candidates, screen them, and secure interviews for the Sales Management team.
• System Management: Maintain internal tracking systems and report progress.
• Candidate Mapping: Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards.
• Reporting: Provide outcomes and results to senior management.

Essential Requirements

• At least 3 years of recruitment experience in an internal or agency role.
• Experience in Financial Services Recruitment.
• Strong sales record with access to prospects interested in joining.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of building candidate relationships.
• Ambitious, driven, and passionate about delivering excellent service.
• Highly organized, able to work independently, and meet objectives.
• Strong IT skills.
• Right to work in the UK (evidence required).
• Valid UK Driving Licence.
• Educated to at least A Level standard.

Desired Requirements

• Experience recruiting Self Employed Mortgage & Protection Advisors.
• Deep industry knowledge of Mortgage & Protection sector is advantageous.
