Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with candidates in the Mortgage & Protection market, who will be either considering their first venture into becoming Self Employed or are existing well-established Advisors, who are looking for a stronger proposition and offering that understanding their unique recruitment needs and delivering bespoke solutions. It is expected that you will already have access to some of these contacts from day 1.
• Identifying suitable candidates by way of indirect and direct approaches, your experience and skill will be vital in screening candidates and then securing interviews for our Sales Management team.
• Maintaining our internal systems and tracking progress to company standards
• Using Linked in Recruiter and other job boards to map candidates
• Reporting on outcomes and results to the senior management team
• Recruitment Experience of no less than 3 years within either an Internal Recruiter or Recruitment Agency role.
• Experience of Financial Services Recruitment
• You will possess an exceptional sales record, with access to prospects who may be interested in joining from day 1
• You will possess exceptional communication and negotiation skill and be able to demonstrate a strong history of building candidate relationships
• You will be Ambitious and Driven, with a passion for delivering outstanding service to our candidates.
• You will be highly organised, able to work under your own initiative and be familiar with achieving key objectives set.
• You will possess strong IT Skills
• Right to live and work in the UK (evidence will be required) - in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006
• Hold a Valid and full UK Driving Licence
• Educated to at least A Level standard

Desired Requirements:

Candidates with a background in recruiting Self Employed Mortgage & Protection Advisors.

Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of the Mortgage & Protection sector is highly advantageous.
