We pride ourselves on providing knowledgeable, consultative service to candidates and clients, acting as true recruitment partners. As we grow, we seek a recruitment consultant to join our Healthcare Communications team.

Our Healthcare Comms team is highly successful, supporting clients across Medical Communications, Medical Education, Healthcare Advertising, and PR. Each consultant specializes in a sector within the UK, EMEA, and US markets, developing deep market understanding.

The role

Managing the full recruitment process within your sector, providing first-class service to candidates and clients. You will develop new client partnerships, network with existing clients, and expand our presence in the EU and US. Additionally, you will grow and nurture the talent pool via our database and social media channels, continually learning about your market to enhance credibility and service quality.
