Swift Education is a fast-growing recruitment agency specialising in the placement of high-quality educators from the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, and Canada into long-term and supply roles. Since launching in 2022, weve built a strong reputation with schools across London and Surrey.

We are now looking to grow our team and bring on an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of a desk focused on schools in North, East, or West London.

Youll be joining a small but ambitious team as our fourth team member, playing a vital role in our sales and growth journey.

To be successful in this role, youll need:

• A minimum of two years experience as a billing Education Recruitment Consultant in London

• Confidence working independently in a remote setting
• A dedicated home office separate from shared living areas
• A strong sense of empathy and respect for both educators and school staff
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
