Job summary

Social Care Recruitment is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to operate a full 360 desk from the heart of Leicester, combining business development with candidate placement. The role is office-based, full-time, offering a £30,000–£36,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission and a clear path into management.

You will build lasting relationships with children's residential homes, coach peers, meet margin targets, and maintain compliant records while driving growth across sectors.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in agency recruitment, ideally 360, with a record of hitting targets.
• Ability to run your own desk without being chased, and you enjoy helping others improve.
• Competitive, commercially minded and motivated by results.

Responsibilities

• Run a full 360 desk from start to finish: find and win clients, source and place candidates, and manage both through the placement.
• Build long-term relationships with children's residential homes and keep them coming back.
• Coach Recruitment Consultants on calls, candidate management and client work.
• Meet your margin and activity targets, and keep your records and compliance in order.
• Work with the senior consultants and managers on your desk, and tell them what you're hearing from the market.

Senior Recruitment Consultant

Location: Leicester city centre, office based. Full-time, permanent. Pay: £30,000 to £36,000 basic salary, plus uncapped commission.

This is a full 360 desk. You'll run it independently, winning clients and placing candidates, and help the Recruitment Consultants around you to get better.

What you'll be doing
