Job summary

Social Care Recruitment, based in Leicester city centre, is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to own a full 360 desk in the children’s residential sector. This office-based, full-time role offers a £30,000–£36,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission and a clear route to Principal Consultant and management.

You’ll build long-term client relationships, source and place candidates, coach peers, and hit margin and activity targets while staying compliant and recording accurate data.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in agency recruitment, ideally 360, with a record of hitting targets.
• Ability to run your own desk without being chased, and enjoy helping others improve.
• Competitive, commercially minded and motivated by results.

Responsibilities

• Run a full 360 desk from start to finish: find and win clients, source and place candidates, and manage both through the placement.
• Build long-term relationships with children’s residential homes and keep them coming back.
• Coach Recruitment Consultants on calls, candidate management and client work.
• Meet your margin and activity targets, and keep your records and compliance in order.
• Work with the senior consultants and managers on your desk, and tell them what you're hearing from the market.
