Job summary

3Search, a specialist marketing recruitment agency, is seeking a Senior/Principal Consultant to join its London team. This hybrid role offers an established brand, inbound work, and progression in a performance-driven environment.

You will own end-to-end recruitment in GTM marketing, nurture client and candidate relationships, and contribute to the firm’s growth through proactive business development and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success delivering against revenue targets.
• Experience as a 360 recruiter in an agency environment.
• Excellent communication with clients and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage an engaged network of clients and candidates in Marketing.
• Develop existing client relationships and maximize business opportunities.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment from brief to placement.
• Mentor junior recruiters and promote company values.
• Negotiate complex terms with clients and candidates.
• Work with the team to hit individual and team targets.

We need a Senior/Principal Consultant to join our marketing team. This is a 360 opportunity, but with a nice soft landing, lots of incoming work, and a really established brand in the world of marketing.

• Building and managing an engaged network of relevant clients and candidates within the Marketing industry.
• Consistently developing existing relationships with clients. Proactively maximizing business opportunities and increasing market share.
