This role is 270- Initially, roles will be fed through our group top performer and will progress into a 360 desk. We are looking for someone who can work at pace and is an expert delivery person who can think commercially.

Responsibilities

• Building and managing an engaged network of relevant clients and candidates within the Marketing industry.
• Consistently developing existing relationships with clients. Proactively maximizing business opportunities and increasing market share.
• Managing a full-cycle recruitment process
• Appreciates and provides thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results
• Managing complex negotiations
• Working within a team to deliver on both individual and team targets
