Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Senior Recruiting Coordinator to own end-to-end scheduling and pipeline health, serving as the automation supervisor and escalation point within a high-volume recruiting pod.

You will partner with Recruiters, Sourcers, and Hiring Managers to drive process improvements, coordinate complex scheduling, and ensure candidates experience a warm, responsive process, even when automation makes errors.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination in high-volume, complex scheduling environments.
• Clear, professional communication with multiple stakeholders aligned.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools and judgment to override when needed.
• Proven ability to own and improve processes with projects or initiatives.
• Strong partnership skills with Recruiters, Sourcers, and Hiring Managers.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting coordination and scheduling for the pod.
• Partner with Recruiters, Sourcers, and Recruiting Managers to drive process improvements.
• Lead coordination projects from problem to adopted solution.
• Manage automation supervision and decide when a human touch is needed.
• Ensure coverage and candidate experience across the pod during surges.
• Oversee escalation paths and maintain stakeholder communication.
