Job summary

CoreWeave in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team, focusing on technical and operational roles across Supply Chain and IT. You will partner with hiring managers, HRBPs, and cross-functional leaders to deliver exceptional candidate experiences and drive niche, leadership recruiting with a white-glove approach.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and CRM/ATS platforms (Greenhouse).
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building with a customer-service mindset.
• Experience partnering with senior business leaders and managing stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

Job description

• The Senior Recruiter will be a key member of the Talent Acquisition team. Recruiting for technical and operational roles across Supply Chain and IT
• You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and other cross-functional leaders to deliver exceptional candidate experiences and ensure white glove, high touch recruitment for niche, hard to fill and leadership roles
• Recruiting for Operations org, including Supply Chain, IT and various other operations niche, hard to fill and senior level positions
• Manage high-volume pipelines across multiple sites, ensuring consistent candidate engagement and timely communication
• Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to define role requirements, hiring strategies, and workforce planning priorities
• Develop and execute creative sourcing and staffing strategies, including military, early career, and local talent pipelines to support ongoing expansion
• Own the candidate experience—ensuring every interaction reflects CoreWeave’s values and culture
• Utilize data and analytics to track progress, optimize funnel performance, and communicate recruiting metrics to stakeholders
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the People Ops, Compensation, and Onboarding teams to ensure seamless handoffs from offer to start date
• Support hiring across domestic and international markets (experience with EMEA or Canada a plus)
