Home based with some requirement to travel infrequently to Sales Meetings and other similar events.

Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with candidates in the Mortgage & Protection market, who will be either considering their first venture into becoming Self Employed or are existing well-established Advisors, understanding their recruitment needs and delivering bespoke solutions.
2. Identifying suitable candidates: via indirect and direct approaches, screening candidates, and securing interviews for our Sales Management team.
3. Devising and launching recruitment campaigns: using various methods and platforms.
4. Maintaining internal systems: and tracking progress to company standards.
5. Using LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards: to map candidates.
6. Reporting: on outcomes and results to senior management.
7. Minimum of 1 year experience in Recruitment.
8. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a proven history of building candidate relationships.
9. Ambitious and Driven, with a passion for delivering outstanding service to candidates.
10. Highly organized, able to work under own initiative, and familiar with achieving key objectives.
11. Strong IT Skills.
12. Right to live and work in the UK (evidence required), in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006.

Desired Requirements:

Candidates with a background in financial services recruitment would be highly advantageous.
