The Resourcing Coordinator role is an ideal job if you’re looking to develop your career within Talent Acquisition. You’ll get exposure to all aspects of the recruitment processes within the Civil Service, supporting the Resourcing Partners, the wider Resourcing team and communicating with stakeholders across the organisation. You will be supported within the HR profession with personal and professional development and will work within a collaborative, fast-paced and friendly team environment.

As a Resourcing Coordinator, your responsibilities will range from all aspects of administrative support and data collation, communicating with both candidates and hiring managers in order to ensure a good candidate experience and ensuring we are compliant with the Civil Service Recruitment Principles.
You will have experience working within an administrator/coordinator role within a fast-paced recruitment team, ideally within a regulated environment. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, an ability to build effective working relationships, and a proactive work ethic. A great eye for detail and organisational skills are essential, you will possess enhanced IT skills including Microsoft packages such as Excel and SharePoint and an awareness of all aspects of legal compliance when dealing with confidential resourcing data.
