Key elements of your role:

As Senior Receptionist, your responsibilities include ensuring all our guests receive a positive, warm, and professional first impression of the restaurant. You will assist the Reception Manager in building an efficient department, actively supporting the team's welfare, safety, and development. You may also supervise other receptionists, ensuring that standards and service methods are maintained.
