Job Description
Portico is seeking a Senior Corporate Receptionist to join our front-of-house team at the offices of a global investment company in the city. The role involves welcoming visitors, managing meeting rooms, and providing excellent customer service. You will also assist the Front of House Lead in supervising the team, setting standards, coaching, and guiding development.

This is a hands-on and varied role aimed at creating an exceptional experience for staff and visitors. The hours are 40 per week, shifts between 7am-7pm, Monday to Friday. The salary is £36,000.

Qualifications
We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented individual with a passion for service. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, along with proactive task management. Previous supervisory experience and corporate experience are required.
