As a Senior Brand Ambassador - Live Tour Product Host with TTEC in West London, United Kingdom, you’ll be part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences for our client and their customers. In this role, you’ll work with customers interested in Audi, part of the Volkswagen Group (VWG), while also experiencing TTEC’s award-winning culture.

What You’ll be Doing

• Support the team and leadership to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Support leadership with reporting, client meetings, and motivating/coaching team members.
• Host virtual events, interact with customers as a product marketer, and facilitate their experience with the brand.

Responsibilities include:

• Hosting live virtual tours in an innovative Virtual Showroom to showcase Audi vehicles.
• Engaging with customers, answering questions, and booking test drives.
• Supporting leadership and team development.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

• Coach and lead associates, ensuring quality goals are met.
• Coordinate training on new products or services.
• Motivate and develop your team with integrity and feedback.
• Negotiate deals and use initiative.
• Estimate, track, and forecast sales metrics and targets.
• Perform needs analysis for customers and tailor product features accordingly.
