Job summary

La Petite Maison London is seeking an experienced Senior Receptionist to lead the front-of-house team and deliver a warm, polished welcome while ensuring the reception runs seamlessly during service.

You will manage reservations, guest requests and work closely with restaurant management to deliver a personalised guest experience, maintaining high standards of professionalism and presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior reception, reservations, host/hostess or front-of-house position within a high-end restaurant or luxury hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team by example.
• Impeccable professional standards and presentation.
• Experience with restaurant reservation systems.
• Excellent spoken English; additional languages are advantageous.

About The Role

As Senior Receptionist, you will be a key member of the front‑of‑house team, acting as an ambassador for La Petite Maison and helping to deliver the high standards of service our guests expect.
