Fundamental Hospitality is looking for a confident and guest-focused Receptionist to join our growing London team.

The Role

Working closely with management and front of house teams, you will play a key role in managing reservations, coordinating guest flow, and ensuring every interaction reflects the elegance and high standards of the Fundamental Hospitality brand.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous Receptionist experience within luxury restaurants, five-star hotels, or premium hospitality venues
• Exceptional communication and guest engagement skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Professional presentation and confident, welcoming personality
• Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for luxury hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences
• Fluent English: additional languages are an advantage
