Job summary

William James Recruitment is seeking a Commercial Property Development Solicitor in Birmingham with 5+ years' PQE to join a top Real Estate and Development team. You will work on development, infrastructure and renewable energy matters, with direct client contact and broad exposure to large-scale projects.

The role offers hybrid working, a clear progression path, and competitive quality work with excellent client exposure.

Qualifications

5+ years PQE in commercial property
Strong experience with development transactions and infrastructure
Exposure to regeneration, renewable energy and large-scale schemes
Proven client relationship management and business development skills

Responsibilities

Advise on large-scale commercial property development projects across the UK
Support developers, landowners and investors on strategic land and regeneration schemes
Act on renewable energy projects including solar, battery storage and energy infrastructure
Negotiate development, option and promotion agreements and related documentation
Support major transport and infrastructure projects
Manage complex real estate transactions and stakeholder relationships
Collaborate with specialists on nationally significant projects
