You will handle UK-wide development projects, advise on land and regeneration schemes, and contribute to renewable energy mandates with direct client engagement and significant responsibility.

Qualifications

Commercial property solicitor with 5+ years' PQE and experience in development/real estate teams.
Strong knowledge of development transactions and property matters.
Exposure to infrastructure, regeneration or renewable energy projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Advise on large-scale commercial property development projects across the UK.
Support developers, landowners and investors on strategic land and regeneration schemes.
Act on renewable energy projects including solar, storage and energy infrastructure developments.
Negotiate development, option and promotion agreements and related documents.
Support major transport and infrastructure projects.
Manage complex real estate transactions and stakeholder relationships.
Collaborate with specialists on nationally significant projects.
