Acting for developers, landowners, investors, transport operators and corporate clients, the successful candidate will enjoy exposure to large-scale and strategically important projects across a variety of sectors.

The Role

• Advising on large-scale commercial property development projects across the UK

• Negotiating development agreements, option agreements, promotion agreements and associated documentation
• Supporting major transport and infrastructure projects
