Job summary
William James Recruitment is pleased to present a Commercial Property Development Solicitor role in Manchester. The successful candidate will handle large-scale development, infrastructure and renewables projects within a leading Real Estate team, with direct client exposure and significant responsibility.
The role offers hybrid working, a clear progression path and an attractive package for a 5+ PQE solicitor looking to specialise further in development schemes and major infrastructure
Qualifications
- 5+ years' PQE in commercial property or development.
- Experience in development transactions and infrastructure/renewable energy projects advantageous.
- Exposure to large-scale development schemes and client management.
Responsibilities
- Advising on large-scale commercial property development projects across the UK
- Supporting developers, landowners and investors on strategic land and regeneration schemes
- Acting on renewable energy projects including solar, battery storage and wider energy infrastructure developments
- Negotiating development agreements, option agreements, promotion agreements and associated documentation
- Supporting major transport and infrastructure projects
- Managing complex real estate transactions and stakeholder relationships
- Working alongside recognised specialists on nationally significant projects
