Job summary

Manchester City Council is seeking a Team Leader for the Reablement Service to drive high-quality, person-centred care for adults in the community. You will lead a dedicated team, coordinate rotas and liaise with health and social care professionals to promote independence and safety.

The role requires a full driving licence and access to a car for business use, and includes an Essential Car User allowance. DBS clearance and right-to-work in the UK are required.
