Advance Training & Recruitment Services in Central Swindon is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead the delivery, performance and continuous improvement of a maintenance contract supporting critical station information, communications and security systems across a rail environment in the South West and West regions of the UK.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Field Service Delivery, Maintenance Management or Technical engineering operations.
• Knowledge of CCTV, Public Address, Customer Information Systems, Help Points or IP-based communications systems & M&E systems.
• A strong track record of managing customer-facing maintenance or service contracts.
• Experience leading operational teams and driving performance improvement.
• Experience managing SLAs, KPIs and service performance reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working within a regulated operational environment.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of planned and reactive maintenance services.
• Manage contract performance against SLAs, KPIs and quality standards.
• Oversee fault response, incident management and service recovery activities.
• Maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
• Manage maintenance teams, help-desk staff and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and industry standards.
• Monitor asset performance, reporting and maintenance records.
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation and asset life-cycle initiatives.
