Job summary

Advance Training & Recruitment Services seeks an experienced Rail Signalling Project Manager to lead major signalling and systems projects from planning to completion in the UK rail sector. Based in Swindon, you will oversee cost, schedule and safety compliance across design, installation, testing and commissioning activities.

Qualifications

Experience managing rail signalling projects within the UK rail sector.
Strong knowledge of signalling systems, project delivery processes, and rail safety standards.
Experience working alongside Network Rail and principal contractors.
Excellent communication, leadership and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead rail signalling projects from initial planning through to final completion.
Track project schedules, budgets, resources, and associated risks.
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
Ensure all activities comply with Network Rail standards and wider rail industry regulations.
Prepare and deliver regular project progress reports and updates.
Assist with planning, commercial, and operational project requirements.
