Job summary

Ganymede Solutions Ltd is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support a major UK water sector investment programme. The role is based in Tamworth, with 4 days per week office/site based and salary up to £80,000 plus package.

You will take commercial responsibility for a portfolio of NEC-based projects, coordinating with Project Managers and delivery teams, managing procurement, change events and final accounts while building strong relationships with contractors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with NEC3/NEC4 contracts and infrastructure projects.
• Strong cost management, forecasting and commercial reporting knowledge.
• Experience managing change and compensation events; procurement and valuations.

Responsibilities

• Commercial and contractual management under NEC3/NEC4.
• Work with Project Managers to manage project performance and costs.
• Forecasting, budget management and final accounts.
• Assess contractor applications and payment valuations.
• Identify and manage commercial risk and maintain records.
