Responsibilities

• Carry out contract reviews and identify risks and opportunities.
• Negotiate contract terms to mitigate commercial risk.
• Manage costs, reporting and valuations on contracts.
• Prepare and monitor client accounts with Contracts Manager.
• Conduct measurements and surveying duties on site.
• Agree final accounts and negotiate payments with clients.
• Coordinate with internal departments and subcontractors.
